  3. In this directory you will find all the source code necessary to compile
  4. IceBreaker.  You will need PhxAss and SAS C to do this, otherwise you will
  5. have to make some changes to the compilation scripts.
  6.  
  7. IceBreaker currently is in need of a GUI front-end with options to do
  8. things like turn certain messages on/off etc.  If you want to program this
  9. then feel free, but if you want to publicly release a new version it must
  10. be freeware since you are using my source code.
